a few more days in january are left and i’ve again blown away my goal. yesterday morning i was 212. that means i officially dropped 30 lbs or 12.4% of my body weight. i took a cheat day yesterday and will go up today but in the next 5 days i should stabilize at or below 212. my goal for january was 215.5 so i’ve revised that down to 212 and revised all my future goals. my new goal for february is 205 and 198 for march. i will now start 2 days of power lifting at 205 and 3 days at 191. then at 184 i will start 4 days. i think these behavior goals are a bit more realistic than my previous goals.
